Use a VPN when torrenting. If you cant afford it, go poor mode and jump around different providers trial periods.

Use almost anything else besides uTorrent. Personally, I use qBittorrent. Transmission didnt have enough features for me and Deluge started erroring all my torrents.

Do a virus scan now.
