Use Combofix, AdwCleaner, JRT and RKill, those apps are free, you don't need to install and will clean and roll back configurations for you. Malwarebytes just like many other anti viruses and alike are too intrusive and makes your experience as the same as having a computer virus.

restart your computer in safe mode without networking

Jug your user folder still exists to can try to make a new account and swap the user folders. Make a backup first tho
