Blender. It works nice and logically. It doesn't ever crash or fail rendering like literally every other video editor I ever tried and its free and open source so you're not being used. Also there's some great tutorials on youtube about how to use it you should really check them out.

What are the real advantages of using afer effects above blender though? It kinda sounds like overkill to me to buy some botnet program when both are working great for just editing youtube videos

much, MUCH easier to learn, myriads of plugins, takes mastery to get same result in blender as you would get in after effects, etc

blender is a fine 3d app, but I wouldn't give its compositor much credit
