If we imagine AMD's stock is at its true value, and remember it includes both CPU and GPU, and let's say it's split half and half, the the AMD GPU value is about $7.

Now AMD has 20% market share in GPUs. So if all this is true then the real value of Nvidia should be ~$35

Either way something has to give. Either AMD stock is way undervalued or Nvidia is way overvalued.
