Okay, so I was posting a lot of pizzagate/antigovernment shit on internet recently. During that time I noticed my internet was slow as fuck, and an obnoxious amount of my ram was being used. Like an extra 8gB gone. Two processes for updates were also using a lot of internet space.

So, is this likely a hack or am I just mad paranoid?

If any agency were ever to spy on you they wouldn't need to put resource intensive programs on your PC. They'll just wiretap you and take a copy of all of the network data coming and going to you public IP address.

It would be a long way down the road before they would put anything on your PC and if they did you wouldn't notice any sort of performance issues because those kinds of programs do not need much system resources
