Assassin's Creed has main characters who have genetic lineage from the Middle East, Mass Effect has so far had a default main character who is a male of non-specific ethnic origin or a white female, Overwatch has people from all over as "main characters", For Honor has Asians as one of the three main places-of-origin, sports games have been taking character models based off of real athletes for a while now, Counter Strike obviously has non-whites playing as one of the teams... the games that take after European myths obviously have white people in them because it would be cultural appropriation if they put something else in.
