No. Those literally don't exist. You can use something like YNAB, but it will never sync with your accounts.

I've been using Yodlee for over a decade. If I recall correctly, they create the software that companies like Mint are built on.
Mint is prettier, but Yodlee's been dead reliable forever.
Before that, I used Yahoo Finance. It was pretty awesome. I met one of the devs at a house party in San Francisco and he said that Yahoo killed the project. Too bad, because it was pretty awesome and *the only* reason (besides my spam magnet email address) that I ever went to Yahoo.com.
