Amateur techfag here. Been dicking around with computers for most of my life, but recently Ive been looking to turn it into some sort of career. I was wondering if there are any anons here who've taken the CompTIA A+ cert, and have pointers/tips for what to expect?

A+ is literally basic computer knowledge you would learn from fucking sticking your dick in your computer a few times a day

if you can explain with ease the basic concept of active directory, dns, dhcp, and have some understanding of VMs, specifically in a vsphere environment, you can get a job without even trying. hell, we have people on our team that require a step by step kb on how to reboot a fucking server.
I guess Im most concerned about how hard they drill you on numbers? I was hoping to avoid having to know the number of pins for every RAM spec. Either way, y'all were remarkably helpful and I thank you.
