Im thinking about modifying my HAF 932
going to try and give it a quieter airflow layout
instead of the cluster fuck of airflow it has now
anybody else have experience modding your case to suit your needs?

Ya, you got to restrict that airflow as much as possible.

im not planning on suffocating it
just blocking the side vents to cut down on noise

Yeah. I have this deepcool kendorman case I modded.
I started by taking off the side panel and installing a MSI 970 motherboard.
From that I then installed many other components and a PSU.
now I turned what was a cheep ass box into a computer.

Fucking kek what are you going to do tape some cardboard over some vents?

>have my case for 3-4 years
>getting tired of how loud it is
>too poor and lazy to buy new case
>decide to try my hand at quieting it up
>go to ask /g/
>use clickbait gaudy modded PC for OP picture
>use the buzzword "mod" for lack of a better word
>get lumped into the LED rad case modderz crowd
Im not like those guys i...i swear!!

OK then, what you're going to want is baffling. Something to make the arflow more uniform. Less chop from the fan blades.
Make a couple mesh screens to put on the fans to diffuse the air flow.
