Just recently hooked up a 4K TV to my PC setup (4690k, gtx 980)

Could it be a read issue?

4k HVEC is quite taxing on a 4690k, I just tried it can't get it to rum smooth on my 4690k either

Checked Lav in MPC-HC and it shows an inactive decoder. Could that be the problem?

Welp, I don't know wtf happened but I removed CCCP and the video works now... no issues whatsoever.

Installed MPC-HC on its own and it's all good now.

So, CCCP is trash now? Last release was 2015
