Easy. Clean it with alcohol wipe. Wait for people to unlock it. Use black light to see which buttons were pressed. Then brute force your way in.

Scramble pads were designed with wear-based weaknesses in mind. All the buttons should wear out evenly, so even if everybody in the building uses the same code it wouldn't be as obvious.
These are still vulnerable to just watching someone put their PIN or tailgating their entry, though.

You'd have to buy one to get the timing and pressure down but you could probably build a custom fitted thing to put over top of it and press the numbers quickly.
It wouldn't be practical in any way though.
