Even when using VPN, they still can throttle my traffic. If they can see I'm using over 1 MB/s, they take it down to 800 KB/s. Sucks for game downloads. I've used Nordvpn and ipvanish. Prefer ipvanish because they seem to have more USA servers. They're good speeds as well
