the .rar password is "vera", then you get a file named "lastgift", which is 10485760 bytes long
the data looks like gibberish (no header and the structure seems random), so it's probably encrypted

Ok /g/ guy who cracked Ceasar cipher of this. We decrypted the file.

But we need help.

Encrypted file is 10Mb... 2 files hidden in it were txt rp porn and porn image. However those 2 files add up to only around 2mb.

Is it possible to make encrypted file larger than contents or it has another secret somewhere in there?

yeah, it's most probably just written at the end, check it up with a hex editor for some known headers
also, I don't want to install vera crypt just to decrypt that, but you could send me the decrypted "lastygift" and I can have a look at it as well
