I built my system around 5960x when it first came out. Didn't have too many mobo choices and went with MSI X99s SLI plus. It has a few problems and has bugged me ever since I build the system. It's a shitty mobo. Probably it's the price I paid for being an early adopter.
My question is, you guys think the same will happen with Ryzen CPUs? I want to build a new system with 1800x. Do you think the few mobos available now for Ryzen are shit?

There are already issues with ram compatibility so yeah, hold off for a bit. It's not like you're in dire need of a minor upgrade right now.
What is that round puck thing on the desk?

Ryzen will flop. It's better to wait for intel's next batch of cpu's.

Canada is great. I became a citizen a year ago.

I have an opportunity to sell my system for a really good price in 3 weeks. Either soon or not for a while...
This is the most expensive AM4 mobo available. Maybe this one might work completely fine?

Well then... I guess I'll wait.
