If you're connected to the internet while installing windows it will download updates before finishing installing.
I always install offline then go to windows update after.
Also is you're on a shitty HDD of course it will take pretty long to finish.

Shade is one possible one, eyedropped from a VM

The blue on these screens actually cycles smoothly through different shades, one lighter and one darker (when setting up new desktop profiles, it cycles through a gay pride rainbow instead).

Text is always white.

Seriously, refresh is garbage. I just had to do a clean install to clean up the mess someone made doing that by accident and it didn't even fix the problem.
