Holy shit. I was going to go with a $1500 i7-7700K build, but maybe I wont. I was a loyal Intel Shill since I first bought a PC, but this is the biggest eye-opener I've seen
I'm in the same boat.
I was about to pull the trigger on a 7700k and a build surrounding it, but when I saw what AMD had to offer this morning it completely changed my mind.
I'm not set on ryzen, but once I see user benchmarks i'll make the decision.
If user benchmarks are better than intel i'll definitely be going for the 1800x instead.

I mean, if its marginally better with similar prices, i probably wont buy. But if marginaly better with significantly lower prices, I'm buying
I'm rich guy with intel. But when I saw that power (lol) of AMD -- I'l choose instant. Buy Ryzen.
