Buy some old 2624's and 1950 switches and lab the fuck out of them. Learn the difference between the configuration file and the flash image, and how to break and fix things. Learn the routing protocols and switching LAGs and port securityPacket tracer is breddy gud but if you want to beat out all of the diploma mill pajeets, put in the time and frustration of learning the equipment, not the paper test. At least do the labs.
My instructor for the second and third class was a lazy fuck who didn't bother with the labs, and I felt cheated-so do the labs with live equipment.

well since im a CCIE i find this test rather rudimentary
£7,500 in debt after taking my CCNA and dropping out after year 1. The course was ridiculously easy, and I wasn't learning anything. I felt like I was wasting my time and money so I left. Will it be the same if I take a computer science degree this year?

What I mean by "ridiculously easy"
>paying £7500 a year
>supposed to be a """degree"""
>learning how to do binary for 2 weeks
>what is TCP
>what is SSH
>what is WiFi
Fuck that

go for computer engineering instead of computer science
Grab GNS3 and some IOS images and a copy of VIRL and you are ready to practice.
Self taught ccna here. Download wendell odom book, diwnload lammle book, download packet tracer. That's it. Retarded imbeciles online make it seem ccna is some holy grail but it's rather passable exam.
