I don't come here at all so pardon if I make a fool of myself.
is there anything on the market like the picture I just drew?
essentially is a closed loop liquid cooling laptop, but the pump and fans are in a portable external unit, and once you're done, the unit drains the laptop of all fluid and you can detach and store it.

Why would this even be needed? If the laptop can survive without the liquid cooling, then it isn't needed in the first place. Just get a nice air conditioner for the room and done.
Bonus: the air cooling also works on you.
