also docky's blue indicator dots really bothers me, any way to turn them white? I read some where that the color of the dots is defined by the color of the theme.

Menus are not a shell theme but a gtk theme. You should look in /usr/share/themes

The default theme in GNOME3 is called Adwaita, so you should edit that one. But even better - make a copy and edit that. Just make sure you name it differently in index.theme

Editing themes is really hard and they get deprecated really fast in gnome, though, so make sure you have enough time and will for this.

also have a second partition running arch with i3, but after changing my laptop and reinstalling, focus on urgent window doesn't work for urxvt anymore. It works fine with firefox, i really liked this feature. Spend couple hours trying to fix this... thinking of going arch with xfce, cause don't have time for dat shieet.
