Why is java-script so fucking shit?
Why is a modern webpage the size of a DVD?
>>
A different language in the browser wouldn't be any better. The dom is the problem, not Javascript.
>>
>>59046705
Whats "the dom" my man?
>>
>>59047424
document object model, its the js object that provides access to your html, but i idk why anon says its the problem.
>>
>>59047424

Why is the Opera logo stretched and not in god tier? Why is Vivaldi god tier and not shit tier? Why is Chropera not in shit tier? This guide is shit.
>>
>>59047615
leaked opera is still not useable on the modern web
>>
>>59048754
Meanwhile I use unleaked Opera daily.
>>
>>59046573

Wrong Opera logo, Chropera's the botnet. Opera's the best browser ever.

>A different language in the browser wouldn't be any better.
A language where I can define a data structure and know what I'm getting and what I'm giving would be better. I language where I can use a primary other than "number" would be better. A language where I don't have to do ">>> 0" and wonder if it's just re-interpreting the data or completely re-allocating the data would be better.

Also the DOM is a pretty standard GUI framework, honestly. I've used a lot in my day, and the DOM is pretty similar. Except that it's written to interact with Javascript so good luck figuring out what the fuck types you need to interact with it.

The biggest problem with it is its lack of uniform standard.

Firefox nightly should be in a tier of its own, I'm thinking elder god tier.

I like opera, but whoever made that chart is a complete fucking retard sorry for my strong language here but I mean it
>>
>>59051055
SAVED.
This is actually how it is.
Anyone who argues that opera is not a botnet is simply wrong.

Only one thing you need to know.

Never take anything you read on /g/ seriously.

Do your own research.
>>
>>59052528
This is horrible, stop posting it. Having Waterfox and Palemoon in god tier is ridiculous, and having firefox nightly in placebo tier is even worse. I hate you and everything you stand for.
>>
>>59052658
download Firefox Nightly and Iridium and use whichever one you like more.

If you absolutely insist on completely free software, get IceCat.
>>
Can you guys just give reasons for your arguments instead of just claiming things and responding with "no youre wrong you're the biggest stupidest dumb dumb you are retarded and wrong and I'm right"
>>
>>59051055
First time I've seen cyberfox on a list and ofcourse it's dropped into the placebo tier. How about you actually read how it works before blindly sending it into the furnace bub
>>
>>59052837
Cyberfox is the definition of a firefox placebo fork.
>>
>>59052895
read about it bub

Yes much faster now.

plebus maximum
>>
>>59052945
virgin blood is a great cpu coolant you nerd
it also enhances the processor and ram speeds by 20%%%
>>
>>59052797
Nightly is placebo and you know it deep down.
>>
>three chrome-based memebrowsers in the god and excellent tier
Who are you trying to fool, shilling shitter?
>>
>>59053056
Firefox Nightly is where changes land months before stable. I used Multiprocess Firefox for 6 months before it started hitting stable. How is that Placebo?
>>
>>59047424
I become "the dom" when your mom walks into the room.

Firefox is God Tier for one reason alone: The DownThemAll extension.

Given a choice between Jewgle and Mozilla I'd go with Mozilla's product anyday.

I really like the start page of FF that shows a mosaic of sites I've selected
how can I get this on chrome? Is FF's start page an external document that I could import to chrome?
>>
>>59046573
Is Icedragon any good?I have been using firefox, but recently it started bugging out and am thinking of changing it.
>>
>>59051055
But I would put ungoogled-chromium
>>
What's wrong with Vivaldi?
>>
>>59046573
Vivaldi isn't open source, therefore it's irrelevant
>>
>>59061323
Chromium-based, so font rendering for one.
>>
vivaldi is the prettiest web browser and that's all that matters to me
>>
>>59061339
I have no issues with that. Anything else other than fashionable stuff that should worry me (botnet and such)?
>>
>>59055468
That extension is for vivladi too
>>
>>59057053
Inbuilt feature on both opera and vivaldi, idiot
