You're not gonna get anything with a decent discrete graphics card for that price unless it's old and used, plus if you do find something it's gonna be big and bulky (3kg ish), so not something I'd wanna drag along with me at all times.

Also, surface is nowhere NEAR a gaming laptop, you won't be able to play shit on that.
