Where on the planet did over 200,000 Blackberry handsets get sold? Presumably this is retail. Who the fuck is still moving stock?

I think the lack of marketing was their downfall. When's the last time you've seen a BlackBerry ad anywhere? Hell most people think BlackBerry stopped making phones years ago.
