In the case of a global apocalypse, how long would the World Wide Web last without any ISPs/staff servicing the WWW?

Assume all ISP locations that are critical to function have all needed resources, e.g. power, cooling, materials etc. just no staff to manage items. Can the WWW service be self-running? For how long?

Well if the staff servicing the power plants leave, you have a few hours of electricity at most. So it's pretty pointless to speculate about "global apocalypse, but the lights stay on".
