You literally don't even have an argument.

Being cloud based allows you to easily set up projects between multiple people on multiple computers without using some sort of SVN server. Also being cloud based means it's completely portable to any device with a browser.

Also, OnShape is the single best free as in no cost CAD software on the market.
It's basically SolidWorks without the simulation software. Pretty sure the SolidWorks team oversees it's development or some of the people from SolidWorks developed it.
