Do want, that looks absolutely amazing. There is not a single thing I'd change on that, they even resisted the temptation to shove a terribad low end dGPU into it.
>>59004415
Posting from a 2710p, this no longer is but the earlier 27x0p models sure.
>>59004415
does it have soldered ram/ssd? If it does >>>/trash/ , if it doesn't I might consider one
>>59004673
Ram yes, SSD no. I doubt I'll need more than 16 GB on an ultrabook anyway.
>>59004704
I guess, but I like to think that down the road I'll want to keep it a bit longer while the pajeets keep bloating code. 16GB should be fine for another 5~ish years I guess
It's pretty much every right about a laptop in one package
Except the trackpad is annoyingly inaccurate without a real mouse, but definitely usable
>>59004806
And also the webcam is nothing worth bragging about, the microphone is ok, two shitty mics is definitely better than one shitty mic. Battery life is really really good it's surprising.
I have a Costco variant that doesn't exist outside of Costcos webpage, I just look at it as a Spectre with better ports
>>59004806
I've heard the trackpad can be adjusted and improved quite a bit with just software. I'd look into that
why? why not just buy a good pc? what's the point of such an expensive tablet? i dont get it
>>59004829
I'll look into it but what I heard was it was HP's choice to use a synaptics touchpad instead of a "precision pad?" It's responsive enough for normal usage movement and scrolling, it's just the fingertip response for very tiny movements is really bad
I don't know what all I can adjust or calibrate, I did my normal mouse settings
I bought one of those meme flattening mouses though, I'm not too worried about trackpad-ing all over my laptop
I have it and it's track pad is garbage pls rethink ur decision I regret the purchase
>>59004831
It's as powerful as any laptop that isn't a stationary device in disguise
>>59004869
It's not a good trackpad but there's a lot of it
Having the touchpad bigger than my whole phone is actually surprisingly nice
>>59004415
I didn't ask for this
>>59004912
Isn't it glorious?
>>59004831
that's why you get
1 good desktop
1 good 2 in 1 ultraportable with pen input
sorry that you're too poor for both
>>59004415
>no trackpoint
lol
>>59005044
>gaymer just cant let go of his joystick
>>59005128
what the fuck did you just say?
>>59005044
God that looks like fucking garbage
I'm so happy I left Thinkpads when IBM did
>>59005144
I said you can't buy a laptop unless it's a plastic Lenovo chinkshit with a joystick and a red led on the front to let everybody know "it's a real thinkpad guys"
>>59005163
and what do you have you fucking faggot? an ancient tankpad with 2 hours of battery?
>>59004415
I wish the display AR is 3:2 instead and it'll be perfect.
>>59005277
I did, and it was glorious, it was a thinkpad that still had the thinkpad durability advantage, before they just turned into black Lenovo laptops
Now however, I'm actually using what OP posted, I posted a few pics of it too
Fantastic battery life btw
