Is there a security flaw in linking a Steam account to uPlay that makes it easier to "hack" an account? I changed my password, activated 2-step verification and unlinked all my other accounts but now I'm genuinely worried that some script kiddie can easily come along and steal my account
He didn't even change my password so I suspect me he didn't even have the original password to begin with, which means he used the Steam login authenticator to get into my account... but that just brings up more questions.
Is my Steam account compromised as well?
>Have you ever had an account hacked?
No, I'm not mentally retarded.

I used the wrong term.
Have you ever been unfortunately on the wrong end of a security flaw you were unaware of?

Worse. Once I have my website hacked when I was trying WordPress. Never again, let me tell you that much. It even appeared in one of those deface mirrors. Fucking pathetic.
reddit's CEO compromised all accounts

What a fucking retard.
created two throwaway @outlook.com accounts when they were new just for fun
in around 4 months they were both broken into by some rusky proxying from taiwan, it was actually pretty hilarious how quickly they both got compromised

How can someone get their email hacked? I am literally strecthing my head for hours but nothing comes to mind other than social engineering and keyloggers

I don't know man I've had a @hotmail.com account since 2006 and it's never been compromised

Someone once changed my google account's pic to a guy in a string, that was all he did, pretty funny honestly.
