It would theoretically take more time to load pages since it would first need to filter through ALL the lists. I wouldn't recommend it.

Default ones + the "someonewhocares" one. I'm thinking of just disabling all and get Steven Black's hosts because it's more clear what's being blocked there.
Funny though, I first patched my hosts file and was too lazy to reset it so now my traffic is first being filtered by hosts and then using µBlock, probably worsening my network speed. I haven't noticed any slowdowns so I just left the hosts file alone.
