A Windows PC is a PC that does what Microsoft not the """owner""" wants it to do and is used to attack your freedom and privacy.

Possession of Microsoft Windows OS copy is illegal!
Windows 10 comes with mandatory updating. I imagine some of those mandatory updates are or will be designed to deter piracy. Does that mean that if you somehow find a way to turn off the updates or block the botnet with an external router, perhaps by accident even, that you've violated the DMCA? It makes circumventing antipiracy measures illegal.

you can't "block all windows botnet" because windows is closed source software

HA you still use the internet. Pft. Ham radio is the only way to not be a zombie. Wake up sheep.
Updates and such. I don't know whether something's gonna break because Microsoft decided that since you decided to block something, something else should stop working.
Also I don't know what to block.

Well windows update has code that checks for a registry entry, which if set disables automatic installs, I doubt setting a registry entry that their code checks for would be violating anything
