I'm not fan of Linux but if I bought such a laptop these days it would get a Linux distro or macOS on it pronto, fuck Windows 10.
I'd even install a Linux distro as the host OS just so I could use Windows 7 as a guest OS in a VM 24/7 before I'd leave Windows 10 on that motherfucker, no way.
