What do you mean? To just not use internet?

Basically. Outside of a series of VPNs and other encryption tools, odds are pretty good that your ISP will be able to at least somewhat figure out what you're doing. And even if you manage to mask yourself completely, the fact that most of your traffic is undecipherable will only make you even more suspicious.

you are now hackerman and no longer have to worry about security
Wouldn't using https everywhere achieve that goal?

Become the service provider.
Your service provider is the easiest entity to prevent spying on you, ironically enough.
Why? Since contact between your computers and servers can be encrypted fairly easily.
HTTPS on EVERYTHING YOU DO will stop an ISP from monitoring what you're doing.
They'll still have what server you're connecting to at what time but that information is fairly limited, compared with say, cleartext everything.
Problem is that you can't trust the servers. You connect to them with https and they'll just store your data, and sell it on the data market where it's combined with all the other data that everyone has on you.
