Just because you don't want to learn Blender and your stupid enough to think that changing the Maya will magically get you a Maya clone is idiotic. I've used Blender for years. My brother uses it and has made it the default tool at the company he works at. It is awesome if you actually learn to use it. Don't attack something because you can't afford something you think is better.

That's your problem. Blender has a complete different workflow in comparison with other 3D modellers.

Blender has modes, modifiers and is heavily based on keyboard shortcuts. Once you get the hang of it it's actually very nice to worki with it.
