well, what is it /g/?
Im starting grad school in the fall and I want a laptop with a dGPU but is still acceptable to use in public.
so far I see
Dell xps 15 (1050)
Surface Book (965m now, but maybe the update will get a 1050 or 1050ti)
Razer Blade with a sticker covering the logo (1060)

OP, you appear to be quite insecure. I highly doubt anyone in the normie sphere would think less of you for using a certain type of laptop. Nobody outside of /g/ is that vocal about such things. For the most part, nobody cares.

I don't think he meant it like that, when referring to the device being portable, as many laptops with dedicated GPU's are oversized for public use. As the laptops usually are heavy, bulky, and generally have terrible battery life.
