Some people are so proud about their lifestyles and preferences that they want to show off. It always amazes me when privacy advocates do that. A strong rebuttal against "I have nothing to hide" is that you don't know what might be accepted today but (unjustly) vilified tomorrow. Privacy is an empty value when you stick potential bullseyes onto your computer.

But for shits and giggles I can make an exaggerated case about that too: say one day your imaginary gf does some shady shit and everyone in town hates her. Those stickers attract negative attention back to you. Even if you take them off, there are people who have seen them. There are photos out there. The government could come knocking one day and put you in a gulag because being associated with your awful gf has now become a capital crime. :^)
