I have a self-extracting 7-zip archive, which is secured with a password. I know that the password is 10 characters long and consists only of numbers and random letters. Now my question:
Do you know a programm, which can handle such a self-extracting archive and brut-force or use a wordlist on it?
All programms I have tried do only work with .rar or .zip, but this archive is a .exe, which starts a .sfx. I also might have a suitable wordlist for this, but I couldn´t find a programm to try it on this .exe.

Is that shift knob a joke, or did someone actually have a reason for making it like that?

This should actually be a shift knob from an old racing car.

Well, I think this would go above my poor programming skills. That is why I asked for a specific programm. And also I don´t have that much time.
OP can try generating a wordlist with crunch and pipe that into john the ripper, which may be able to work on 7z files.
you are also a faggot
