I work for Salesforce and I've met many engineers that came from Google. What do you think people leave? I mean salesforce is a great company but our perks and benefits are not as good as googles. Maybe they were all pretty junior and left tfor a better position with better pay. Salesforce is big enough now that you're still going to be just a cog in most roles.
