The Airpods themselves last between 5-6 hours for me. I've only run them to 0% when actually trying to. Since you put them back in the charging case when not using them mine are basically always fully charged. The case recharged from 0% to 70% in less than 20 minutes, doing so only drained the case about 8%. I only charge the case every few days so it never gets below 50%
