I've been telling everyone for awhile now the future is in biomechanical computing. Specifically computation encoded on RNA which create proteins that are interpreted as computational results via their geometric structure.

Protein folding is proven NP complete on Turing Machines, but the physical phenomena themselves clearly happen in linear time so therefore its a form of computation algorithmically more powerful than Turing Machines that can solve NP in P time.

OS' and programming languages will be bogged down with more features than anyone can use at any skill level. Things will be highly redundant and written in languages no one uses anymore but got so much use in the past that people don't want to quite give them up entirely because they need to maintain legacy code since it'd cost 2-4x as much to simply rewrite it.
Automated computer generated code will still be kind of buggy.
most information on the internet will simply get deleted in an accident and the things that replace it will be hidden behind a paywall which charges per time spent reading. copy paste / print screen will be disabled by default. you have to give your first born children to tech giants to throw into a volcano as a human sacrifice on their private island estate.

This would make me very happy. I'd be torn between a Firefly/Serenity style universe, and living in a mostly empty world starting out with my bare hands, using flint knapping to make a knife to cut some cordage, fashion a stone ax, cut down trees, build a cottage, build a forge, pulverize bits of stone high in iron, melt it down in a clay crucible, scrape off the slag, pour ingots, forge a hammer by using a rock, use hammer to forge better tools, cast a circular saw blade, build a table saw and make a series of wheels and pulleys to use a flowing river to power it, cut boards and wheels to make a cart with the table saw to gather larger amounts of rock for refining iron ore into ingots, make a big ass hydro powered pulverizer to process larger ore, make stuff like iron axes, and other tools, upgrade my cottage to a house by cutting down bigger trees with the iron ax and making boards with my table saw, and casting iron nails.

Basically like mixing RL Minecraft and Skyrim. Maybe have monsters or bandits spawn after a few weeks
