Companies have always been making digs and passive remarks at each-other but since when have they been outright shit-talking competitors products?

Hahaha they actually called and out on moar cores. But bad news for them is ryzens single cores are at broadwell level if the leaks hold true.

>called AMD out on moar cores

You can't call someone on something and then go one step beyond yourself. They didn't "Call them out" they said "Nu-uh, we gots more cores!"
>>
>>58929587
link?
>>
>>58929587

That's pretty normal for Intel. When I worked retail computer sales they would send mystery shoppers in to make sure we shittalked AMD and specifically used all the intel buzzwords.

They would give us prepaid master cards on the spot for 50/100/150 depending how many buzzwords we used.

AMD Opterons only scaled up to 16 cores
Intel has 24 core Xeons on the market right now, their next planned one is 28 core.
