What you should do is review some benchmarks of gaming on your CPU versus a comparable but higher grade AMD one if you're sticking with AMD, or an Intel CPU, more than likely your CPU cannot keep up with your current GPU so buying a second one would t really make that much difference in gaming. Alas, it's your choice not mine, I can only offer my input.

No, your RAM doesn't, unless you begin to experience lag while running an application or games. However more doesn't hurt, if you examine task manager and it shows a memory usage at 90+ percent you might want to look into getting more.
