I've got a few gmail accounts (really the entire google account) that I'd love to stop using, but I'm kind of a hoarder when it comes to my emails/ online data. Is there some way I could copy this stuff onto a hard drive or something and then stop using the accounts?
>>58910236
Use an email client and IMAP folders to move emails from one account to another.

They also most likely let you export.

I'm considering a switch from Gmail as well but I can't decide between Protonmail or Tutanota or others like openmailbox.
Protonmail seems kinda sketchy with the ddos attacks; while tutanota is based in Germany.
I'd go with cock.li if there were any non-offensive addresses.
>>58913411
>I'd go with cock.li if there were any non-offensive addresses.
Just use redchan.it. Virtually nobody will know the reference, probably not even those who saw that episode. It's also relatively generic, "red" + "chan" (which is short for channel) with an ".it" to it.
>>58913476
I don't know the reference either, but a few nsfw sites start wtih "red" while some crowds might relate "chan" to 4chan, infinitechan etc.
I'll sleep on it, thanks mate.

>>58914235
>Why are you talking shit about protonmail?
who did that?
>lack of IMAP (bridge is not ready nor available widely)
and to be more specific, the alias thing is pretty much false advertising
>you can have 5 aliases linked to your mailbox
then you pay and you get
>you can't rename an alias
>you can only deactivate aliases, and it still counts towards the number of aliases contracted
that rendered the feature useless for me
O365 and Blackberry Hub for android/Claws for my own mail
Goddamn Lotus Notes for my work email (at least the web-app is good)
