I have this old 12V portable tv that has no coax rf input, only an aerial.
Can I hook it up to analog cable somehow? Some transformer to adapt the impedance or something?

No, that's an image grabbed from Google image. I'm new to the hobby and looking for ideas on increased reception. I need to get up to par on antenna theory. I think my first project will be a simple dipole along the property line by the trees (I habe waifu that doesn't dig random wires stretched everywhere). I have been looking at loop antennas but need to know more. A bicycle rim does sound but I've and frugal and available. Does he like it's performance?

The feed-in from the in-built antenna is probably 300 Ohms. A simple balun should be anough to match it to co-axial.
