My favorite client for GTK is Hexchat, but I use f-irc if I'm sshing into my box. Favorite server is IRC2P(I2P IRC channel), #suddenly is my favorite channel.

I miss the good old days, /g/. Messing around with my IRC friends all day. We were all so young and carefree. I want to go back too those days like you wouldn't believe ;_;

For 15 years I found out that my only way to stay on online communities is to be the most boring piece of shit ever.

I remember being a moderator on a few IRC channels in the most popular network in my country and ending up regretting how much of an asshole I've been with some people. I also met people who were much smarter and decent than me, which did nothing but remind me of how horrible I've been.

It's been 6 years and there's an IRC channel still active that I would want to visit, but those people would probably reject me.

Andchat on Android was last updated in 2013 and still is the best client for Android.

There has to be a few good channels for people who haven't been on IRC for a good while, but have been on it for many years.
