curved monitors... cuuuuuuuurved... monitors

I think they'd be neat for a tri monitor setup but the image looks off to me compared to flat.

I splurge on myself once a year. I recently impulse purchased
LG - 27" IPS LED 4K UHD @$499
I haven't made this large of a purchase without researching in forever. How badly did I fuck up? On a side note It's way better than my old 1600x900 screen with bad pixels.

unless you have enough bandwidth for 4k content everything but the desktop and browser is going to be blurrier than a 1080p with FHD content.

I dunno mate, as much as I'd like one they seem to be shitty for couch-watching since you have to be centered to get a good color balance. I though this was negated by IPS viewing angles? Someone pls educate this dumb trip, is it a physical limit?
