Can we talk about what make websites shitty or good?

This for me is an very well-made website. Sure the icons are a little outdated, but notice the intuitive UI but more importantly the fucking SPEED and lack of shitty scripts or ads that you need to take care of with attachments. Why can't more websites be as fast and responsive as this one? Everything nowadays is bloated as fuck

Because of the demand for websites grew so fast, the demand for programmers had to be met with coming up with shitty frontend (((frameworks))), because it's some kind of an abomination to actually write websites in pure js these days, and these are slow as fuck.
