Yes it is crap, but it is a necessity and actually it is stil possible to run a phone without all the shit impact in privacy. We need to support this projects with actual impact, at least spread the world with your like-minded peers, it doesn't matter if it is your edgy 12 year old cousin. Plant the seed of knowledge. Tor project agrees. The future is in our /g/entlemen hands, for us prometheans to bring the fire of freedomâ„¢ to common people.

Not possible, bro. Cell phones have to track you in order to work.

Is that it? Good luck with promoting your trash.

once google stop supporting these things, they will delete anything related tothem on their site and you won't be able to download the rom anymore.

It's a start. That's why the world needs us anon. We are the only ones with a just enough hivemind for this task.

If you can find that porn that teaches you how to use nmap you can save the ROM for future generations. And their GitHub repos may be cloned too.

Not a bad choice actually, but we need to make a similar secure environment, yet the tor project actually has something that works at least for flagship phones.

Think about it, the only ones that can afford such experimentation even with lower-end phones are (real) IT-abled people which probably have some engineering or comp. sci. degree, and people who can afford this phones are people that can be identified at least as middle-class people. Engineers or computer scientists with the technical capabilities can easily earn just enough to be at least above the average.
They can be the distributed leaders to make this reach the common society.

That wasn't my point, at all...
I was trying to say its meaningless in the long-run to use this rom as they won't update it anymore once google stop supporting it.
It makes no sense to stick to a rom that promote security and won't provide nightlies/snapshots with security fixes for older devices when cyanogenmod/lineage do it.

I thought about it and it makes 0 sense.

I'm sorry then. I hope it does soon.

>only the Nexus and Pixel lines support Verified Boot with user-controlled keys.
Is the risk/benefit balance for the freedom to modify the device to whatever user-suitable purpose.
