works on my distro senpai

How new are you retard? Pretty much all distros depend on Python for internal stuff, that's why you're supposed to install the new version for yourself while keeping the old version intact.

You asked for it

>>

python is mandated by the linux foundation LSB 3.2 since 2008
>>
>>58877495

I'm running Debian and I couldn't uninstall the Python 2 that comes OOTB without breaking stuff. You're a faggot and you're not even using Debian.

Ubuntu being Gnu/linux is a meme.

Its trash.

Also, Knowing ubuntu a large portion of it relies on python. Its like telling a mexican guy he cant speak spanish anymore. He ceases to function as intended

>>58878596
I tried Ubuntu one time back in like, I dunno... 2014 it probably was. The biggest piece of shit I've ever used.

I miss the brown color scheme. Truly, once they switched to that dumb purple theme shit went downhill.

Unix uses shared libraries more than wankblows does, so if something comes with your system it may very well mean your necessary packages are Dependant on it. Linux being an OS made for advanced users assumes you know what you are doing and gives you access to the base install libraries.

Uninstalling python before knowing what you are doing just proves that you are not ready for Linux yet.

We've all been noobs like you OP, you'll get better in maybe 3-4 years.
>>
>>58877422
if you know what python is and want to uninstall it you are not Ubuntu Desktop's target audience.

>that was easy

my wife has run Ubuntu for a decade now without issue and doesn't know what a terminal is.
>>
>>58877422
Keep going, uninstall the rest of it and switch to a better distro
