Everything can be tweaked, while maintaining an intuitive menu

LineageOS will have xposed too, why bother? It just takes a while to build the framework for the new API. Im not going to LineageOS (aka CyanogenOS 14) if it doesn't have Xposed.

Also, you're comparing a ROM with an Android version number and a mod.
