I don't get those benchmarks, serious talk now.

I have a 4790K, Fury X and 32GiB of DDR3 RAM.
I run this game at avg 60~90 fps, depending on how much is being rendered on my screen.
Basically, the game is smooth as fuck for me with those exact settings.

Or it might have to do with the fact that I have Tessellation always disabled, this is the only difference that's currently coming to mind.

It's sad because the game is actually fun, I enjoyed running around with a bike and sniping hostiles from afar whenever I had the chance.
Friend of mine has a shitbox and won't buy it because he can only play it on a decent framerate with every setting cranked to the minimum where the game just looks unbearably ugly to play.

His shitbox is a 270x with a unlocked 3rd gen i5, obviously his GPU is bottlenecking the build, but still, a 270x should be more than enough to run this unoptimized piece of shit.

fps = Inconsistent output, that is 60fps is 60 refreshes per second, but the distance between the frames can vary drastically!
