So LG works with Apple on a 5K display for Macbooks, and the end product ends up looking like a generic PC monitor instead of blending in with the recognizable Apple aesthetic.
This is supposed to be a replacement for the Apple Cinema Display, the sexiest looking monitor ever made. Explain this shit.
I feel you my nig I'm currently looking for used latest versions of the cinema display to hook up to my windows+linux workstation

Apple didn't design it, unfortunately. Apple just gave them that 5K chip that they use in iMacs.
I'm not going to notice.

>Remember the LG UltraFine 5K Display that Apple says was specifically designed to work with the New MacBook Pro and as a replacement for the Thunderbolt Display? Well apparently it wasn’t designed to work next to routers. According to 9to5Mac, the 27-inch monitor is useless when it’s within two meters of a router, as the UltraFine 5K Display will flicker, disconnect, or freeze computers due to electromagnetic interference.
