disable all mouse filters and accel in-game. console ports usually have very bad mouse movement. set raw input if available. set mouse sens in windows control panel to the sixth tick from the left to avoid skipping.

get a bigger mousepad if you have to keep picking it up. You should be able to look at least a full 360 degrees moving mouse across from edge to edge of the pad. Get a mouse that can fit your fat hand. make sure bottom of your wrist isn't dragging along the mousepad making it difficult to move, which is also a bad habit. Find a sensitivity that allows you to spin around fast but not so much you lose precision. once you find one that works you will learn muscle memory. If you play multiple games measure the inches it takes to make a full 360 in one game and apply that to another to get the same sensitivity between games.

I was having bad blue screen problems, so this evening I tried to format and reinstall windows. While updating drivers after reinstalling windows, I encountered more blue screens.

So this basically confirms that the blue screens are coming from a hardware issue. What is the best way to detect which hardware piece is failing?

I have ran both memtest and parted magic and both say my ram and storage drives are healthy, so all that is left is my mobo, gpu, and cpu. As for psu, I had that warranty replaced a while ago because I had these same fucking issues a while ago on an old build, so my psu should be good as well.

How do I set up a linux system for pro audio production. Trying to use Jack with pulse seems like workaround after hacky workaround. I would prefer not to use a specialized distro as well. Why are UDP packets being dropped on my LAN?

With a destination of broadcast address (host bits 255) I'm sending a UDP packet of 11 bytes (not including the lower-level UDP header, just my data). Only sometimes, the packets get dropped for a while. I'm sending one of these packets per second.

Normally any devices listening on the same port for UDP packets would get them, but suddenly tonight there'll be periods where the devices listening on the port receive nothing for 1+ (sometimes 5+) minutes and then suddenly start getting them again.

Anon, I am trying to mount a supposedly Windows NT 4.32 Server share from my Ubuntu terminal.

the commant I'm running goes along the lines of:

sudo mount -t cifs -o username=thename,password=thepass //192.168.1.2/Data/ /mnt/share/

No errors show and it seems to be mounted successfully - appears when I run a "mount" command.

However, the mounted directory appears to be empty. What can cause it and what am I doing wrong?
I have cifs tools installed, as well as samba.

So i'm having trouble with windows 10 losing its internet connection, with the error being fixed after running the troubleshooter. "default gateway not found".

I've made sure there is no mcafee on my computer, and i have a password set up to stop auto-login.

So far, i've been told it could be drivers that need updated, but windows update can't find new ones, and i'm a little leery of downloading random products that claim to clean your computer or make something easier.

If you don't have a dedicated dentist, see if there are any in your area that use numbing gel, or at least claim to have the best tech. The guy I go to has a laser thing that makes a noise whenever it detects weak spots in teeth, so saves a lot of time compared to x-rays.

depends on what you are doing, if you want a gaming pc get a ATX for all them slots if its just a small office mini pc go with the ITX

Why not just combine them into one single SPF? Here's and example:

v=spf1 a mx a:postman.dtnt.info mx:postman.dtnt.info ip4:xx.xx.91.12/32 ?all

The "?all" at the end basically tells servers it is a neutral SPF, it does not really care whether you're allowed to send from your domain or not. I suggest either a soft fail "~all" or a hard on "-all". Having conflicting SPFs will fuck stuff up.
